My dear friend, Hannah, and I are going to be spending a few days next month nestled in a cute little cabin, knitting and snowboarding [she'll do more snowboarding, I'll do more falling]. In prepartation for this snowy adventure we've decided to knit hats, and we want to invite you to join us!
We'll be working Sue Jackson's Traveller's Hat, a classic design suitable for any style. We'll be starting in the next couple of weeks so everyone has time to select their favorite yarn [or yarns if you want stripes].
This pattern is great for all levels. It will knit up quickly and follows a simple stitch pattern, but can be adapted to use more challenging techniques [I'll be adding a tubular cast on and utilizing a jogless stripe technique]. As cast on gets closer I'll be sharing tips on using these optional techniques in your projects.
