Linen: Florida's most wearable fiber
I knew I wanted to knit Deschain as soon as I saw the pattern in my inbox. It was one of the fastest idea to garment projects I've ever undertaken. The pattern was very simple and I'm so happy with the results. The only modification I made to the pattern was to the sleeves; in an effort to make this garment as Florida-friendly as possible, I opted to keep the sleeves short. I picked up the stitches for the sleeves as instructed, purled three rows, knit one row, purled three rows, then used a three-needle-inspired BO to fold and secure the hem.
